Front of House & Bar Team Member (Part-Time)

Hencote Estate is looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Front of House & Bar Team Member to join our team on a part-time basis.
Set within a stunning vineyard and winery estate overlooking Shrewsbury, Hencote offers guests a unique food and drink experience. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and thrives in a hospitality environment.
Responsibilities:
* Welcoming and seating guests
* Taking food and drink orders
* Preparing and serving drinks from the bar, including wine, beer, spirits, cocktails, and hot beverages
* Serving food and beverages to guests
* Handling payments and operating the till
* Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the bar and guest areas
* Assisting with events, wine tastings, and private functions
* Restocking bar supplies and ensuring service areas are well maintained
* Delivering a warm, professional, and memorable guest experience
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous hospitality, bar, or customer service experience preferred, but not essential
* A friendly and professional attitude
* Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work evenings and weekends
* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
* An interest in wine and hospitality is desirable
