Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties in commercial and domestic settings, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and waste disposal.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, hallways, offices, and common areas according to established standards.
- Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively to ensure optimal results.
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and other essentials as needed.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards promptly to supervisors for quick resolution.
- Adhere to cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistent quality across all assigned areas.
Qualifications
- Experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work preferred but not necessary.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and floor scrubbers safely.
- Good physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Reliable with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
