Job Overview:
This is a full-time, ongoing position for someone looking to become a regular part of our team. We are looking for someone who can commit to working with us consistently across our projects, rather than someone looking to fill occasional days between other work.
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Plasterer to join our team at Powdrill Drylining & Plastering Ltd.
We work across a wide range of projects throughout the East Midlands, from full-house re-board and skim refurbishments and new-build housing through to larger commercial construction projects.
The successful candidate will become part of our regular site team and will work across a variety of projects. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can consistently produce a high-quality finish and is reliable and professional on site.
Duties:
-Carry out quality drylining and plastering works across new-build and full-house refurbishment projects.
- Dot and dab to masonry walls.
- Apply finish plaster to walls and ceilings to a consistently high standard.
-Keep work areas clean and organised and leave plots tidy at the end of each working day.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a site team.
Requirements:
-Applicants must be able to provide at least two trade-specific references from previous employers, contractors or clients.
-Maintain a high standard of workmanship and productivity throughout.
-Maintain safe working standards.
- Proven experience as a plasterer with experience in residential and commercial.
- Strong attention to detail and timekeeping.
This is not a trainee or improver position. Applicants must have proven drylining/plastering experience and be confident working to programme and quality standards on live construction sites.

Pay: £800.00-£1,800.00 per week
