We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant for our site at Barnsley.
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Drive sales
- Maximize store profitability by promoting rental services & add on sales.
- Ensure that a high level of customer service is always delivered.
- Handling customer enquiries.
- Providing quotations to new and existing customers.
- Processing payments and other administrative tasks.
- Securing payment of monies due from customers.
- Maintain the database with customer details.
- Key holder and responder to alarm call outs.
The successful applicant will:
- Possess a proven Customer Service background
- Have excellent attention to detail, highly organised and have a ‘can do’ attitude
- Self-motivated and results driven
- Confident working on your own
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
- Available for holiday / sickness cover
Hours of work: 16 Hours per week Thu 8am – 1pm, Fri 8am – 1pm, Sat 9am – 3pm
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Work Location: In person
