We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and customer-focused individual to join our boutique private dental practice in Temple Fortune, North West London (NW11).
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and delivering exceptional customer service. The role will focus on supporting the patient journey from the first point of contact through to the completion of treatment.
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn. Full training will be provided on dental reception, practice administration and treatment coordination duties.
You will become an integral part of our established and experienced team, helping us deliver an outstanding patient experience every day.

The Role
This is a varied and rewarding position that combines customer service, reception, administration and treatment coordination responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Reception
- Providing a warm, professional and welcoming experience for every patient.
- Managing appointments and diary scheduling.
- Answering telephone calls, emails and patient enquiries.
- Assisting patients with appointments, treatment bookings and general questions.
- Processing payments and following practice financial procedures.
Administration
- Maintaining accurate patient records.
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the practice.
- Managing invoices, deliveries and administrative tasks.
- Assisting the Practice Manager with operational duties.
- Ensuring excellent attention to detail across all administrative processes.
Treatment Coordination
- Discussing treatment plans with patients.
- Explaining treatment options and associated costs.
- Following up treatment enquiries and outstanding plans.
- Supporting patients throughout their treatment journey.
- Building strong relationships and delivering exceptional patient care.
What we are Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, healthcare, hospitality or administration is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- A professional, friendly and patient-focused attitude.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Competent IT skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative.
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Desirable (but not essential)
- Previous experience within a dental or healthcare environment.
- Experience in treatment coordination.
- Familiarity with SOE/EXACT software.
- Sales or customer service experience.
