We are seeking a Warehouse & Stores Person to help ensure the flawless flow of components and finished products within our manufacturing facility. Because our products save lives, this role demands absolute accuracy, rigorous attention to detail, and a "right-first-time" attitude. You will manage the intake, internal movement, and dispatch of components and completed products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strict Quality Inspection: Verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders, meticulously checking part numbers, batches, and component conditions to guarantee safety standard compliance.
- In-House ERP Management: Log all stock movements, receipts, and allocations into our in-house ERP system to maintain real-time inventory tracking.
- "Right-First-Time" Order Fulfilment: Pick, pack, and despatch products to fulfil our customer orders in a timely fashion while ensuring zero errors in part selection.
- Safe Forklift Operation: Load, unload, and transport heavy or palletised materials safely throughout the facility using a forklift truck.
- Traceability & Auditing: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain flawless part traceability from the moment components arrive until finished safety products are dispatched.
- Stores Organisation: Uphold housekeeping standards to keep storage zones clean, organised, and compliant with manufacturing health and safety regulations.
- Supplier Collections & Driving: Safely operate company vehicles to collect components directly from local suppliers, ensuring all documentation is completed and goods are secured.
Skills & Experience:

- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role/environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
Qualifications:
- Forklift Licence: Valid Counterbalance forklift licence is highly desirable.
- Driving Licence: Full, clean UK driving licence.
