Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and collaborative Head of Operations to join our senior leadership team. Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer, you will oversee day-to-day operations, lead our supervisor team, maintain high-quality advice standards, and ensure the smooth execution of our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Manage daily service delivery across physical and digital channels to ensure high accessibility and client satisfaction.
- Team Management: Line manage, support, and develop Office Manger, Training Office and Supervisors.
- Quality & Compliance: Oversee performance against Citizens Advice quality standards, auditing processes, and contract KPIs.
- Resource Management: Optimise scheduling, workflow management, and operational systems for max efficiency.
- Strategy & Collaboration: Support the CEO and Board of Trustees in developing and executing operational plans aligned with organisational growth.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record in operational management, team leadership, or service management (charity or public sector experience is a plus).
- People Management: Skilled in supporting, motivating, and managing staff and/or volunteers.
- Problem-Solving & Organisation: Strong organisational, analytical, and process-improvement skills.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Commitment: A passionate commitment to the aims, values, and equality principles of Citizens Advice.
