We are seeking a dedicated Conveyancer to join our legal team. Duties
- Manage property transactions from instruction through to completion, including preparation and review of legal documentation
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth property transfers
- Conduct thorough analysis of property titles, searches, and relevant legal documents to identify potential issues
- Ensure all legal requirements are met in accordance with current legislation and regulations
- Maintain accurate and organised case files, updating all relevant parties regularly
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally
- Assist with administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence, filing documents, and scheduling appointments
- Keep abreast of changes in property law and conveyancing procedures to ensure compliance

Pay: £32,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
