Key Responsibilities:

Lead your designated room, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children.

Implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework through effective planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities.

Support and mentor your team, fostering a collaborative and ambitious approach to childcare and learning.

Maintain strong relationships with parents and carers, providing regular updates on their child's progress.

Ensure compliance with all nursery policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
Requirements

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.

Clear Enhanced DBS certificate with subscription to the Update Service

Experience within a nursery setting and ambition for career progression.

Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development.

Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
