We are seeking a dedicated IT Apprentice to join our team. The successful candidate will learn to provide 1st line technical support and advice on IT systems and applications to the council and its partners. The role involves responding to IT service requests and incidents, ensuring they are logged, resolved, or escalated in a timely and efficient manner. Additionally, the IT Assistant will assist in the delivery of IT projects and initiatives as required. This position will be working towards an NVQ Level 3 as a Information Support Technician and successful completion will lead to employment at Grade 4.
This post is for IT Assistant - Apprentice pay rates - 37 hours per week.
