Our expanding Sales Admin team are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team.
The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department.
As a Sales Administrator you will be responsible for-
Processing orders for new and used cars, working closely with the sales and aftersales departments.
Vehicle taxation/registration, including processing personalised registrations.
Maintaining accurate sales department records and systems.
Ordering and processing spare keys, handbook packs and service history records.
Dealing with customers in relation to sales administration queries.
Office administrative tasks as and when required.
What we require-
Experience as a Sales Administrator within the motor trade not essential but prefered.
Computer literacy, a proactive approach and willingness to learn is essential.
Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a high level of accuracy is required.
An enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful individual with the ability to work well in a team.
