We are seeking a motivated and sales orientated Retail Sales Adviser to join our growing team in our busy Vodafone franchise store in Norwich.
In this role, you will interact directly with customers, understand their needs, build trust and create a personable experience to be remembered.
Although sales and customer facing experience is preferable, you do not needy any specific experience to apply.. if you’re enthusiastic, energetic and sales driven then we want to hear from you!
We are looking for someone to work 30 hours per week, shifts will mainly be between the hours of 9am-6pm Monday-Saturday and 10:30-4:30 on a Sunday.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilise strong communication skills to effectively convey product information and benefits.
- Manage time efficiently to handle multiple customer interactions while maintaining high service standards.
- Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Maintain an organised workspace and ensure merchandising displays are appealing and informative.
- Demonstrate professionalism in all customer communications.
