Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and assistance throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery and presentation
- Serve food, drinks, and catering items with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations at all times
- Support barista duties when required, including preparing coffee and specialty beverages
- Handle guest inquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality is preferred but not required; a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences is essential
- Knowledge of catering, serving, and food safety practices
- Experience working as a barista or in food preparation is a plus
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
