MotorSport Vision (MSV) is looking for a part-time, dependable and hardworking Cleaner to join the team at Brands Hatch, one of the UK’s most iconic motorsport venues. As part of our facilities team, you will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service expected across the site, helping to ensure visitors, competitors and guests enjoy a first-class experience every time they visit.
This is a hands-on role within a friendly and supportive team, offering variety and the unique opportunity to work in a world-renowned motorsport environment. The position involves early morning shifts from 5:00am–9:00am, Monday to Sunday, with two days off each week. Your rota will be planned around the needs of the business, and flexibility is essential as you will be required to work weekends, including event days, to help deliver an exceptional experience for all our guests.
For this role you will be:
- Ensuring the circuit facilities, including buildings, offices, public areas, and toilets, are kept clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Performing routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the pitlane and paddock areas throughout event days
- Following all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Working as a team to achieve efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department for timely resolution.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar cleaning role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail
- A willingness to work events / weekends
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning operations.
