Summary:
Due to rapid growth, we are pleased to announce that we are looking for a Collections Advisor to join our vibrant team.
We are looking for forward thinking, approachable individuals who are proficient in Microsoft Excel, have excellent communication skills and who enjoy working in a lively and upbeat contact-center environment.
This job will ideally suit those based in the East Midlands, or those prepared to relocate, as we operate a company first culture. We encourage a strong work from office ethos to support formal and informal learning and to create a collegiate environment.

Key responsibilities:

Resolving Supplier/Customers Queries
-
Recover unpaid energy accounts via outbound call, email or text with the target of minimum 100-110 customer interactions per day

Experience with reducing / recovering bad debt - manage own workload and priorities work to meet business targets and team KPI

Negotiate the repayment plans

General administration duties including providing the high quality and professionalism whilst accurately controlling the ledgers.
- Investigation of liability

Daily/weekly targets of accounts actioned

Having previous credit control or collection advisor experience is desirable.

A-Level or equivalent is desirable.
This employment package:
Salary: £26,500 - £27,000 Dependent on Experience
Term: Full Time and Permanent
Hours: 8-hour shifts, Mon-Fri
Location: Leicester, LE3 5DL, Leicestershire, UK
