Senior TIG Welder/Fabricator

Pay: Starting from £18.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Red Recruitment 24:7 is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Senior TIG Welder/Fabricator to join their growing engineering team in Lincolnshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled welder looking to take the next step in their career, with a clear pathway to a Foreman position for the right candidate. You will work on a variety of bespoke engineering projects across the agricultural, food manufacturing, commercial and domestic sectors while helping to support and lead the workshop team.
Duties
- Carry out high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminium and other materials.
- Fabricate bespoke components from engineering drawings.
- Manufacture specialist frames, structures and bespoke products.
- Support and mentor junior welders and fabricators.
- Help maintain workflow, quality standards and workshop efficiency.
- Operate fabrication machinery and workshop equipment safely.
- Occasional site work, including overnight stays when required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' TIG welding and fabrication experience.
- Proven experience working to a high standard on stainless steel and aluminium.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience leading or mentoring others is advantageous.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Willingness to travel for site work when required.
