Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Car Valeter to join our team. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of vehicles, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for vehicle valeting, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the Valeting team leader in daily operations. Previous experience and driving will be advantageous, but full training will be provided. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills within the automotive and customer service sectors.
Responsibilities
- Clean and valet vehicles thoroughly, including washing, polishing, vacuuming, and interior detailing
- Ensure all vehicles are presented to a professional standard before delivery or collection
- Support Valeting team leader with general duties related to vehicle maintenance and presentation
- Assist with customer interactions, providing friendly and efficient service
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including organising supplies and equipment
- Drive company vehicles as required for vehicle transfers or client appointments
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times during vehicle handling and cleaning processes
Skills
- Valid driving licence with a clean driving record
- Previous janitorial or vehicle valeting experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation are maintained
Pay: £24,568.00-£27,540.00 per year
