As a Principal Development Management Officer, you’ll take the lead on complex and high-profile development proposals, provide expert advice to developers, councillors and stakeholders, and play a key role in delivering our vision for the district. From major applications and pre-application discussions to appeals and strategic projects, this is an opportunity to influence development that makes a real difference.
You’re an experienced planning professional who combines strong technical expertise with a positive, solutions-focused approach. You’ll have a sound understanding of planning legislation, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the confidence to manage complex cases while supporting colleagues to succeed.
