Multi-Skilled Painter & Decorator
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Painter & Decorator to join our growing Maintenance & Construction Team based in Leeds.
Working across a variety of commercial and industrial properties, including offices, warehouses and student accommodation, you will carry out high-quality painting and decorating work along with general maintenance tasks. No two days are the same, so we're looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work and can work independently as well as part of a team.
A company vehicle, tools and uniform will be provided for business use.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out internal and external painting and decorating works to a high standard.
- Prepare surfaces including filling, sanding and making minor repairs.
- Complete refurbishment and redecoration projects.
- Undertake a range of general maintenance tasks, including basic joinery, plaster repairs, sealing, tiling and other building fabric repairs.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
- Maintain excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
- Keep company vehicle and equipment clean and in good condition.
What We're Looking For
Essential Criteria
- Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator.
- Experience working in commercial and industrial properties.
- Good all-round maintenance skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Reliable, professional and customer focused.
- Good communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence with a satisfactory driving record suitable for company vehicle insurance.
- Own tools must be held.
Desirable
- CSCS Card.
- IPAF and/or PASMA certification.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Painting & Decorating (or equivalent).

Pay: £16.00-£18.00 per hour
