About Us
We are a well-established with a good reputation Care company based in Cardigan. Our aim is to support vulnerable adults in their own homes with their health and wellbeing.
We are currently recruiting for full time positions, part time which include alternate weekends. Also weekends position only.
Due to the nature of the position, we are currently only recruiting female applicants.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Supporting service users within their own homes
- To assist Service Users where required which may involve assistance with; personal care, continence requirements, preparing snacks, regenerating meals and medication assistance.
- Understand each Service user’s care hours within their home, and ensure you are supporting Service user's to reflect their care and support needs accordingly
- To ensure confidentiality is always maintained, in keeping with the Data Protection Act (DPA) 1998 – ensuring that clients personal details are not disclosed to any unauthorised person and all records are maintained within the DPA 1998 requirements
- Fortnightly rolling rota, so you know what shifts you are working.
