Responsibilities
We are looking for a Multi-Trade skilled Builder to join the team working on refurbishments projects of varying sizes.
The candidate should be trained in either Carpentry/ Brickwork/ Plastering etc with Proven experience
This role requires the applicant to have a good working knowledge in the building /refurb industry.
Applicants must be able to carry out varied elements of repair and refurb trade work
Own tools required
You would be working closely with our Contracts Director and preferably have experience in supervising labour, managing Sub-Contractors Etc

This role is full-time permanent position for the correct candidate.
Company van can be provided, a clean driving licence is preferred .
A Valid CSCS card preferred
IPAF preferred
SSSTS or SMSTS preferred
The rate of pay will be dependent on the individual candidates experience, qualifications and training records
