Responsibilities

- Assist with meal planning and portion control to minimise waste
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or expiry dates promptly
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service and customer satisfaction
- Serve meals efficiently, ensuring presentation meets company standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen setting
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations
- Experience working in restaurants or similar hospitality environments is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure during busy periods
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
