Project Assistant
What we're looking for
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Project Assistant to join our well-established team. If you're proactive, detail-oriented and enjoy working in a busy environment, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll support the Projects team in delivering successful events, working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Key responsibilities
· Provide administrative support to the Projects Director and Project Managers.
· Prepare event badges and carry out quality checks.
· Prepare consignments for dispatch and produce delivery documentation.
· Arrange courier collections and deliveries.
· Prepare, check and reconcile stock before and after events, including month-end stocktakes.
· Build scanner forms and support the event registration system.
· Source and purchase stock and external services.
· Respond to general enquiries and provide administrative support across the department.

Qualifications / Experience
· GCSEs (or equivalent).
· Previous administrative or office experience is desirable but not essential.
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
· Confident using Microsoft Office applications.
· Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Hours
Monday to Thursday: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Holiday entitlement
20 days' annual leave plus bank holidays and two additional duvet days.
