The role of Operations Administrator:
- Processing Weekly Management Returns (WMR)
- Supplier account set up, admin, and invoice approval for BOC and all utilities
- Stock management of till rolls and kitchen rolls
- Maintaining and ordering bank books
- Completing and submitting licensing documents
- Handling complaints from the public
- Producing Experian Credit checks
- Cover for the Estates admin
The ideal Operations Administrator:
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
- Able to build rapport with colleagues, suppliers, and licensees
- Works proactively to resolve queries and has a positive can-do attitude
- High attention to detail
