Plasterer - Full Time

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Plasterer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out high-quality plastering and associated repair works across residential and commercial properties. The role involves working independently and as part of a team to deliver a professional finish while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare walls, ceilings and other surfaces for plastering.
- Apply plaster, render and finishing coats to internal and external surfaces.
- Carry out patch repairs following damp and mould treatment works.
- Skim walls and ceilings to a high standard.
- Repair damaged plasterwork, including cracks, holes and water-damaged areas.
- Install plasterboard and carry out dry lining works where required.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Communicate professionally with tenants, clients and colleagues.
- Complete job records and provide updates as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a plasterer.
- Ability to produce a high-quality finish with minimal supervision.
- Experience in social housing, responsive repairs or property maintenance is desirable.
- Knowledge of plastering materials, techniques and tools.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
- CSCS card desirable.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
