Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and personable Level 4 Laser Therapist to join our established doctor-led clinic in central Leamington Spa. We pride ourselves on high-quality, evidence-led treatment alongside genuinely personalised patient care. We are a small, close-knit team, so we are looking for someone professional and proactive who is comfortable taking ownership of their treatment room and their patients.
The role is centred on medical-grade laser hair removal delivered on the InMode DiolazeXL platform, running your own list from consultation and patch test through to the end of the course.
The position is self-employed, working one day a week with the intention of moving to two days as the service establishes itself.
Duties
- Deliver laser hair removal treatments safely and to a high standard, tailoring treatment plans to individual client needs
- Carry out thorough patient consultations, including skin typing, patch testing, suitability assessment and informed consent
- Maintain detailed records of all treatments performed, including patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Follow all clinical, health and safety, infection control and laser safety protocols.
- Offer exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with patients about procedures, aftercare instructions, and expected results.
Experience
- A recognised laser and light-based treatment qualification, Level 4 or above.
- Previous experience working as a Laser Therapist within an aesthetic or medical clinic.
- Laser / IPL Core of Knowledge certification
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex procedures clearly and confidently.
- Meticulous approach to safety, record-keeping and client care.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
- Level 4 Beauty Therapy qualification
Pay: £15.00-£18.00 per hour
