```Job Overview```
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our lovely team as a Waiter/Waitress. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for hosting guests whether it be on Bottomless Brunch, or downstairs in our Speakeasy Bar Capone's. Saturday availability is a must, with the option of occasional Fridays or Sundays.
```Duties```
- Be responsible for a section of tables
- Use a tablet/till accurately to put through orders
- Wait drinks to your section
- Serve drinks responsibly and in line with our license
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions or concerns
- Ensure tables are properly set with utensils, napkins, and condiments
- Monitor dining areas for cleanliness and promptly address any issues
- Process payments accurately
-Report any concerns or guest complaints to a Manager
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Professional demeanor when handling questions
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and basic food and drink handling procedures
