Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and reliable PSV Driver to join our dynamic transportation team. As a PSV Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating passenger service vehicles to transport passengers efficiently and comfortably. Your role is vital in ensuring timely, safe, and professional transit services while maintaining excellent communication with passengers and team members. Duties
- Safely operate passenger service vehicles, including vans and minibuses, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies
- Transport passengers to designated locations punctually while providing excellent customer service
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and operational readiness
- Perform routine maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly to maintenance teams
- Communicate clearly with passengers regarding routes, schedules, and safety procedures
- Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle condition
- Assist passengers with boarding, alighting, and any special needs they may have
Requirements
- Proven experience as a commercial driver or delivery driver with a valid driver’s license suitable for PSV operation
- Strong mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshoot issues
- Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record
- Fluency in English for effective communication with passengers and team members
- Prior van driver or passenger transport experience preferred
- Good communication skills, friendly demeanor, and professional attitude
- Ability to follow safety procedures meticulously and work flexible hours as needed
