Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic General Labourer to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will perform a variety of hands-on tasks to support landscape maintenance, construction, and site preparation projects. Responsibilities

Requirements
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, gardening, or horticulture is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential
- Basic knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including gardening techniques and plant care
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators or irrigation systems
- Familiarity with construction sites or outdoor work environments is advantageous
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards safety and quality standards
- Valid driver’s license is a plus; certification in equipment operation or safety training is beneficial but not required
