Retail Supervisor – Bespoke Jewellery
Overview
We are looking for a confident and motivated Retail Supervisor to support the daily running of our jewellery store, with a particular focus on bespoke jewellery, customer experience and sales performance.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers on a personal level, has a strong eye for detail, and can help guide clients through special purchases such as engagement rings, remodelling, repairs and bespoke commissions.
The Retail Supervisor will support the Store Management with day-to-day operations, motivate the team, maintain excellent presentation standards and help ensure every customer receives a warm, professional and memorable service.
Key responsibilities include supporting and coaching the sales team, helping to drive sales and meet targets, assisting with bespoke jewellery enquiries, maintaining strong product knowledge, managing customer follow-ups, supporting visual merchandising, handling repairs and special orders, and ensuring the store runs smoothly in the manager’s absence.
The successful candidate will be organised, approachable and sales-focused, with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for people and jewellery. Experience in retail and jewellery would be an advantage, although full training will be provided.
