NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - FULL TRAINING GIVEN
Lochside Garages are looking for a trainee car sales executive to join our Established Enniskillen site selling New MG, Vauxhall and a range of used cars and vans.
As a trainee sales executive you will join our new sales team as we build it and help provide a memorable experience to our customers on their car purchase journey.
Duties will include:
-Assisting customers with their enquiries, carrying out test-drives and presenting the deal along with finance options and insurance and accessory products.
-Using manufacturer marketing programmes to present the most relevant new car offer to customers along with the current finance offers available.
-Working with various databases to identify customers, build a deal and appoint customer to showroom for a demonstration.
-Using latest technologies to present product and financial offers to customers
No experience is necessary for this role but you must have the following personal qualities:
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to work positively within a small team.
-A positive can do attitude and a desire to achieve and exceed targets.
-The ability to work well under pressure
-A strong financial understanding and awareness
Once you have completed your probationary period you will have uncapped commission earnings.
