Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Stormwater Treatment to lead our stormwater management product sales and so provide sustainable, effective water quality solutions. You will lead the sales into stormwater treatment projects, driving innovation and compliance with environmental standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to bring new products to the UK market, to influence large-scale infrastructure projects while fostering a collaborative and forward-thinking team environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive stormwater treatment products aligned with regulatory requirements and sustainability goals.
- Coordinate with stakeholders including key trade partners, engineers, contractors, regulatory agencies, and community partners to facilitate project success.
- Ensure all projects adhere to UK SUDS standards, water quality standards, and safety protocols while maintaining environmental compliance.
- Provide technical expertise in civil and mechanical systems related to stormwater treatment facilities, incorporating innovative solutions for optimal performance. work with production and international colleagues in developing new products.
Experience
- Proven experience in large-scale stormwater treatment or civil infrastructure projects with a focus on environmental sustainability.
- Some proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation.
- Extensive project management skills including scheduling, budgeting, risk assessment, and resource allocation.
- Familiarity with UK SUDS designs and principles, international test Protocols.
- Construction experience overseeing installation phases of stormwater infrastructure projects from start to finish desirable but not essential.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
