We are seeking a professional and personable Front of House Receptionist to join our team. This role is vital in providing excellent customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, representing our organisation with professionalism and warmth. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly, both in person and over the phone
- Manage repair bookings, vehicle handovers, and updates throughout the process
- Liaise with technicians, insurers, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication
- Handle queries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Keep accurate records and maintain a high level of attention to detail
- Call customers to arrange estimates, booking in dates, delivery of vehicle.
- Update customers via phone/text/email
- Manage driver's diary and transfer jobs onto driver tablets
- Accept and handover vehicles with customers onsite
Qualifications
- Previous office experience is preferred but not essential; a friendly attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued.
- Administrative experience is advantageous for managing organisational tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Professional appearance and demeanour suitable for a front-facing role.
