Responsibilities
- Sushi Preparation: Expertly prepare a variety of sushi dishes, including nigiri, sashimi, and rolls, ensuring precision in cutting and presentation.
- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare the menu items. Precisely follow recipes and work lists. Using excellent knife skills to prep for recipe
- Ingredient Management: Manage and maintain the freshness of all ingredients, including seafood, rice, vegetables, and condiments
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff, ensuring effective communication and coordination to meet customer demand
- Customer Interaction: Provide a positive and engaging experience for customers, including answering questions about the menu and accommodating special requests when possible.
