Maintain accurate tenancy and compliance records using Yardi or similar property management systems.
Liaise with contractors, maintenance teams, local authorities, and referral partners to coordinate repairs, compliance, and property improvements.
Work collaboratively with support staff to ensure veterans receive appropriate guidance relating to housing stability, budgeting, and independent living.
Support community engagement initiatives that promote peer support, cohesion, and positive veteran relationships within schemes.
Ensure all housing management activities comply with relevant UK housing legislation, safeguarding requirements, and organisational policies.
Contribute to maintaining a safe environment, with awareness of low to medium risk management within supported accommodation settings.
