The Role
We are looking for an organised, reliable, and enthusiastic Training Provider Administrator to join our team at our Wigan training centre.
This is a key role supporting the smooth delivery of our training programmes. You will provide essential administrative support to ensure courses run efficiently, learner records are maintained accurately, and customers, learners, trainers, and internal teams receive a professional and responsive service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating training bookings, maintaining accurate records, supporting course administration, and acting as a key point of contact for enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule training courses, assessments, and learner bookings.
- Act as the first point of contact for learner, customer, and training enquiries.
- Maintain accurate learner records, databases, and training documentation.
- Prepare and manage course paperwork, attendance records, certificates, and supporting documentation.
- Liaise with trainers, customers, awarding organisations, and other stakeholders.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and general administrative documentation.
- Support compliance, audit, and quality assurance processes by maintaining accurate records.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the effective running of the training department.
About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, professional, and able to manage a varied workload while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
You will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work independently as part of a busy team.
Previous administration experience is essential. Experience within training, education, compliance, or a similar environment would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.
You will be confident using Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working with databases, records, and administrative systems.

Working Arrangements
This role is based at our Wigan training centre and is an office-based position. Hybrid or remote working is not available due to the operational requirements of the role.
We are ideally looking for a full-time appointment; however, applications from candidates seeking a 3 or 4 day working week will be considered for the right person.
