Job Type: Temporary / Ongoing - 5-6 days a week
Hours: Monday to Saturday, 6.00 AM - 1.30 PM (Ongoing)
Hours: Monday to Saturday 2.00 PM - 10.00 PM (Ongoing)
Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9.00 PM - 5.30 AM (Ongoing)
Pay: £14.56 per hour
Start: Immediate
About the Role
We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Parcel Sorters to join our busy depot team in Ipswich. This role requires full commitment to working Tuesday through Saturday each week, with consistent night shifts.
You will play a vital role in ensuring parcels are sorted accurately and efficiently, helping to keep deliveries running smoothly. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environment, ideal for individuals who thrive in hands-on roles.
Key Responsibilities
Sort parcels by postcode using designated boards
Scan parcels using handheld scanners
Move cages and handle heavy items safely
Load and unload parcels from delivery vehicles
Maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency
Requirements
Must be able to read, write, and speak English
Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting
Comfortable working night shifts in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Must be able to commit to the full shift pattern (including Saturdays)
