We are seeking a professional and personable individual to join our team as a Barber at Lionz Barbar. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service while demonstrating expertise in hair styling and barbering.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating stylish haircuts and grooming services, ensuring clients leave satisfied and confident. excellent communication skills, and strong client focus are essential to maintaining our welcoming shop environment.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality haircuts, fades, and grooming services tailored to each client
Consult with clients to understand their desired style and offer professional advice
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your workstation, tools, and equipment
Follow all health and safety standards
Manage appointments efficiently to reduce wait times and maximise workflow
Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
Stay up to date with current trends, techniques, and products
Skills & Requirements
Experience in barbering at least 1 year
Strong customer service skills
Skilled in modern and classic barbering techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, organised, and professional
Good level of spoken English
