Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet guests, check guests in and out and answer any questions about the establishment and the local area.
- Organise daily staff schedules and assign duties as appropriate.
- Supervise staff performance and delegate tasks as needed.
- Oversee training of staff on shift.
- Communicate effectively with team members in different departments.
- Use of computer and till system.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Take orders and have a good knowledge of our food and wine.
- Tallying bills and taking payments.
- Cash up.
- Candidate MUST have good communication skills to work with customers and staff, be professional, responsible, reliable, flexible and welcoming.
