Monday–Saturday, 8:45am–5:15pm

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual with previous jewellery experience to join our friendly and growing team.
About the Role
This is a varied and hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to be involved in all aspects of a growing independent jewellery business.
One moment you could be helping a customer choose the perfect engagement ring, and the next you could be updating a product on our website, creating engaging content or helping with other areas of the business.
We are looking for someone who is flexible, proactive and happy to get involved wherever needed.
Your responsibilities may include:
● Providing exceptional customer service and professional jewellery advice
● Supporting customers with jewellery purchases, including engagement and wedding rings
● Building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers
● Supporting enquiries relating to repairs, valuations and bespoke jewellery
● Assisting with the purchase of pre-owned jewellery
● Maintaining excellent product knowledge
● Updating and maintaining products on our website
● Creating engaging and fun content for our social media and online channels
● Contributing ideas to help improve and grow the business
● Supporting the wider team with day-to-day tasks
About You
We are looking for someone with previous experience in the jewellery industry who is friendly, approachable and professional. You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and confident when communicating with customers.
You will be honest, reliable and trustworthy, with excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to getting things right the first time. You will be proactive, willing to take initiative and comfortable working both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
Flexibility is important, as you will be happy to support different areas of the business when required. We also value creativity and welcome someone who is confident contributing ideas and keen to learn and develop their knowledge and skills.

Working Hours
Monday to Saturday: 8:45am–5:15pm
Saturday working is required, with a regular weekday off in lieu.
Additional Sunday working will be required during the busy Christmas period and occasionally for wedding shows.
We are closed on Bank Holidays.
