- Dispose of waste properly and replenish supplies such as paper towels and soap dispensers
- Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks to maximize efficiency throughout shifts

- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand specific cleaning requirements or concerns.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for cleanliness and organization
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated time frames
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols is a plus
