Procurement Systems Administrator

The role of Procurement Systems Administrator:
- Support customers to investigate and troubleshoot errors
- Provide system guidance to users and update training documents supported by Comms and IT
- Take ownership of responding to procurement-related queries and requests via the department's messaging centre
- Reviewing and approving low-value shopping cart requests and providing feedback to business areas for rejected carts
- Maintain a database of cardholders
- Reviewing vendor set-up requests, checking credit scores, and confirming supplier bank details
The ideal Procurement Systems Administrator:
- Confident and skilled at using systems such as SAP and ServiceNow
- Good administration and organisational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must pass DBS check
