About the Role:
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing a welcoming and efficient service. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering telephone calls and managing appointments.
- Greeting patients.
- Using the EMIS Web clinical system.
- Handling patient enquiries and requests.
- Maintaining patient records.
- General administrative duties.
About You:
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is a team player with a positive attitude.
- Is organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Has experience of working in a busy environment.
- Is computer literate and ideally has experience with EMIS Web (although training will be provided).
- Is empathetic and understands the importance of patient confidentiality.
