Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled 360 operator to join our construction team! As a vital member of our crew, you will operate heavy machinery with precision and confidence, contributing to the successful completion of diverse construction projects. Your expertise in mechanical systems, excavator operation, and commercial driving will ensure safety, efficiency, and quality on every site. Duties
- Operate a 360-degree excavator safely and efficiently across various construction sites, handling materials and earthworks with precision.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met.
- Assist with site preparation, including digging, lifting, and moving heavy materials as directed by project supervisors.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members.
- Collaborate closely with other construction personnel to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth workflow progression.
- Drive commercial vehicles as needed to transport equipment, materials, or personnel between sites or storage locations.
- Maintain detailed records of equipment usage, inspections, and work completed for project documentation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating a 360-degree excavator in a construction setting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic maintenance.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or equivalent certification for driving heavy vehicles.
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to heavy machinery operation and construction sites.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively within a team environment.
- Physical stamina to operate machinery for extended periods and perform manual tasks when necessary.
- Prior experience working with excavators or similar heavy equipment is highly preferred.

Pay: £21.10-£22.10 per hour
