About the Role
As a Plumbing & Gas Assessor/ Tutor, you will deliver high-quality training and assessment to learners working towards industry-recognised qualifications. You will play a key role in supporting apprentices and adult learners, ensuring they develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed within the energy and utilities sector.
You will be responsible for:
· Delivering engaging practical and theory-based sessions
· Assessing learners in both workshop and workplace environments
· Supporting learners to achieve their Level 3 qualifications
· Maintaining accurate records and documentation
· Contributing to curriculum development and continuous improvement
Essential Requirements
To be considered, you must have:
· Fully qualified Level 3 Plumber/Gas Engineer
· Current CCN1 & CENWAT certifications
· Minimum 5 years’ industry experience
· Full UK driving licence
Key Skills & Attributes
· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
· Strong communication skills
· Good level of English, Maths & ICT
· Ability to manage your own time effectively
· Comfortable working as part of a small, supportive team
· Willingness to attend and engage in staff training courses
