Casa Valeria is a new Italian restaurant coming to Kensington High Street with a clear identity and a blank canvas in the kitchen. We're looking for a pizza and pasta chef who takes real pride in their craft — someone who understands dough, knows their shapes, and cares about getting it right every time.
You'll work directly with the founders from day one: shaping the menu, setting the tone, and building a kitchen team that matches your standards.
You'll own your section from day one, with input on how dishes develop as the menu evolves. This is a kitchen where good ideas are welcome.

What we need from you
- At least 2 years working in a professional kitchen
- Hands-on experience with pizza and pasta — you know what good feels like
- The drive to keep getting better — we want someone who's hungry to progress
- Solid food safety standards and current HACCP understanding
