Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, bathrooms, and service spaces to meet cleanliness standards.
- Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest comfort.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures using appropriate cleaning tools and products.
- Follow established safety and sanitation procedures to promote a healthy environment for guests and staff.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the management team promptly.
- Adhere to all health regulations and company policies related to hygiene and safety.
- Assist with laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
Skills
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with guest service standards.
- Strong janitorial skills with experience in cleaning procedures and equipment handling.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned and maintained.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues clearly.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts comfortably.
- A positive attitude with a proactive approach toward maintaining high cleanliness standards.
