Warehouse Operative / Counterbalance Forklift Driver

2MV Logistics Ltd is a growing logistics company looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative / Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our busy Farlington depot.
The Role
Working as part of a small team, you will assist with the day-to-day warehouse operation, including forklift duties, loading/unloading and general warehouse tasks.
Hours:
- Monday–Friday
- Start between 3am–4am
- 10-hour shifts, including 1 hour unpaid break
- 45 paid hours per week
- Flexibility required for occasional changes to working hours
- Saturdays on a rota basis
Pay: £14.83 per hour, plus £10 a day for early starts, making this an annual salary of £37,445.67
Salary
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has:
- Counterbalance forklift qualification renewed within the last 3 years, and had regular recent forklift experience
- At least 1 year's experience in a fast-paced haulage/warehouse environment
- Good communication, organisation, English and Maths skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- A reliable, flexible and hardworking attitude
