We’re looking for an experienced CNC Miller Setter / Programmer to join our friendly and skilled machining team.
Main Responsibilities
- Program, set and operate CNC milling machines (Fanuc / Hurco/ Mazak)
- Work from detailed engineering drawings to tight tolerances
- Inspect finished parts and maintain quality standards
- Assist with tooling, setups, and continuous improvement
- Routine maintenance and safe workspace practices
Requirements:
- Time‑served or apprentice‑trained engineer
- CNC milling programming experience
- Strong problem‑solving and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Working Hours
- 37 hours per week early finish on a Friday
- Option to work a 4-day week
- Core hours: Flexible
- Monday–Thursday: between 6am and 5pm
- Friday: between 6am and 4pm
- Overtime available at time and a half
