Reception and Accommodation Supervisor

Salary: £29,500 per annum plus gratuity
Overview:
The Woodcote is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Graffham, West Sussex. This role is ideal for an experienced housekeeping professional with a background in luxury accommodation who takes pride in creating exceptional standards of cleanliness and organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, maintain and present six guest bedrooms and front-of-house areas to a high standard
Supervise housekeeping operations and ensure consistent quality across all areas
Manage linen stock, deliveries, and housekeeping supplies
Guest liaison and engagement
Coordinate linen collection and returns with our external laundry provider
Follow and enforce hygiene standards and cleaning schedules
Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners
Requirements
Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor (or similar role) in a high-end or luxury setting
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication, IT and time management skills
Full UK driving licence and access to transport preferred (due to rural location)
Desirable Skills:
Experience in boutique hotels, guesthouses, or luxury accommodation
Knowledge of health & safety and COSHH regulations
